COMPATIBILITY: Because of recent changes to the PS90 by FN this handguard no longer fits all variants. Newer PS90s are wider at the front of the receiver which prevents the handguard from fitting properly or at all. Currently I have found no way to identify the old (thinner) vs the new (wider) without actually measuring the receiver. The handguard WILL fit older receivers that measure roughly 31mm across the front. The handguard will NOT fit the newer receivers that measure roughly 33mm across the front. The image below shows where to measure. I am currently working on a new Gen 4 handguard that will fit all versions. Keep checking back for updates.
This part is manufactured from Nylon using a process called Multi Jet Fusion or MJF. The parts are then sandblasted, dyed and shotpeened for a strength and finish that is comparable to injection molded nylon. The part is black throughout.
The handguard mounts to the PS90 with included hardware and no modifications to the firearm are required. Does not mount to the barrel. Fits all three versions of the PS90 (standard, tri-rail and the USG).
The handguard has M-LOK® accessory slots on the top, sides and bottom. Pictured rails are NOT included but can be purchased separately from our accessories page.
*Some rails and accessories may require shorter screws when using the side M-LOK® slots because of the close proximity to the barrel beneath them. If the rails are purchased from us the proper screws will be included.

Well Worth It!
I just recently purchased a PS90 and it is the newer model. The handguard does have a snug fit, I slid it over the barrel, then lined it up a little bit lower than the bolt that you're going to put in at the bottom so that way I could slide the two pieces that you put at the top into the little square notches that are by the rail at the very top and once that was lined up with the bolt at the bottom I put it in but the two screws at the top in and I just went and tested out a 150 rounds through it and it worked flawlessly! Great product with great customer service much appreciated!

Fitment
I have the newer PS90 with the 33mm front and i did not have to make any modifications to make it fit. mine went together Perfectly. Awesome product and a Must have.

Excellent product and customer service
As another reviewer mentioned, it completely changes the look of the gun, from goofy to futuristic. I will add also changes how it handles. I was seriously considering the SBR route, but not after installing this handguard. It handles so much better! The PS90 is now roughly the size of an 8" barrel AR, which combined with the caliber, makes it ideal for home defense. But no tax stamp needed. Customer service is excellent. I had a minor problem with M-lok screws. Dan responded in 20 minutes (on a Sunday afternoon!!!) and took care of my problem. Extremely satisfied.
