Introducing the Haga Defense Gen 4 lineup—a cutting-edge evolution of upgrades for the FN PS90 and P90, meticulously refined since 2014 to deliver unparalleled performance and innovation.
Enhance your FN P90/PS90 with our M-LOK Suppressor-Compatible Handguard, delivering all the features of our popular standard handguard but redesigned to fit over suppressors. Crafted from high-quality nylon with a sleek black finish, this wider handguard transforms the unused space around the suppressor into a versatile platform. It offers additional forward grip positions and M-LOK accessory mounting options, combining lightweight performance, enhanced aesthetics, and seamless suppressor compatibility.
While designed with suppressor use in mind this handguard variant also fits, functions and looks great on PS90s with a full length barrel and no suppressor.
Key Features:
- M-LOK Compatibility: Equipped with M-LOK slots on the top and sides for seamless attachment of accessories like lights, lasers, or grips, offering diverse mounting configurations.
- Ultra-Lightweight Design: Made from premium nylon, this handguard minimizes weight for improved handling and comfort during extended use.
- Enhanced Grip Options: Provides a forward grip point for better control and precision, creating a streamlined look and feel, ideal for tactical or recreational shooting.
- Easy Installation: Mounts directly to the PS90 receiver with included hardware, requiring no permanent modifications. Does not attach to the barrel.
- Fits most suppressors up to 1.7" in diameter.
- Approximately 4.2" long.
- Field stripping remains an easy tool-less process.
- Made in the USA
Compatibility: This Gen 4 handguard is engineered to fit all FN P90/PS90 variants, including older (measuring approximately 31mm wide across the front of the receiver) and newer (33mm) receiver models, ensuring a perfect fit across the platform without the need for additional modifications.
Why Choose Our Handguard? As part of the Haga Defense Gen 4 lineup, this nylon handguard blends lightweight construction with rugged reliability, transforming your P90/PS90 into a highly customizable platform. By converting the exposed barrel area into a functional space with enhanced grip and accessory mounting flexibility, it delivers a modern, tactical edge for both defensive and range applications, reflecting a decade of innovative refinement.
Note: M-LOK rails and accessories sold separately.
Installation:
- Set the fire selector at the position ‘S’ (safe).
- Pull the magazine catch rearward in order to release the magazine and then remove the magazine.
- Pull the cocking handle completely rearward and hold it in that position. Through the magazine opening, look into the chamber of the carbine in order to ensure that there is no cartridge in the chamber.
- If the chamber is empty, release the cocking handle.
- Remove the foreword most screw and nut using a 3mm hex tool.
- Test fit the included mounting blocks into the rectangular cavity on the front of the receiver. On newer guns the blocks should fit nice and snug. On older guns the blocks will fit loose and need to be adjusted. To do this use a â…›" hex tool to back out the pre-installed nylon set screws a little at a time until a nice snug fit is achieved.
- While holding the mounting blocks in place, slide the new handguard onto the gun until the lower hole on the handguard lines up with the hole where the screw was removed on the receiver. The upper holes on the handguard should line up with the threaded inserts in the mounting blocks.
- Install the lower screw and tighten up the thumb nut by hand.
- Using a 4mm hex tool install the upper handguard screws. NOTE: If you have an older P90/PS90 there will be a gap between the handguard mounting tabs and the mounting blocks. If this is the case install the included washers (one on each side) between the mounting tabs and mounting blocks before installing the screws. Failure to use the washers when needed will create stress on the mounting tabs and could result in breakage.
Installation Notes:
- If you notice some play/wiggle in the handguard try adjusting the mounting blocks to fit more tightly in the cavity on the receiver. If they have room to wiggle around your handguard will too.
- Mounting blocks can be secured using adhesive for an even more solid fit.
- In some instances there may be some play in the handguard even if installed correctly. If you look closely this can be caused by some play in the gun itself. If you are able to slide your upper receiver back and forth in the lower receiver while locked in place this may translate into some slight handguard movement.
- For field stripping remove the lower screw and thumb nut. The handguard can remain installed to the upper receiver during disassembly.
