    Product Description

    Handguard replaces that ugly 6" of dead space on your Kel-Tec CMR-30 with add length of picatinny rail, M-LOK® slots on the sides and bottom, QD sling mounting points and most importantly a much improved foreword grip position. This kit also replaces the factory bottom picatinny rail with M-LOK® slots. 

    This part is manufactured from Nylon using a process called Multi Jet Fusion or MJF. The parts are then sandblasted, dyed and shotpeened for a strength and finish that is comparable to injection molded nylon. The part is black throughout.

    Installation: To install remove the lower picatinny rail and the factory barrel block. This handguard mounts by replacing the factory barrel block which provides a very solid mount. The handguard slides over the barrel using high temp o-rings just like the factory barrel block. The top screw on your barrel block will be re-used in the same position. The others will be replaced with those included in the kit. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THESE SCREWS! They are threaded into nylon and will strip easily. They don't need to be very tight.

      The only improve I would say would be to beef up rigidity on bottom rail replacement. The two screws on either end allow for a ton of play, and I think a pistol grip mounted to it with m-lok slots would break the replacement in a fight for the gun scenario. To the fabricator's credit, the same problem existed with the original aluminum stock picatinny rail with a grip attached. Not sure how this can be improved with only 2 screws to work with. Not the fabricator's fault on a manufacturer design. That being said, I LOVE the way my rifle looks and functions now. 100% improved for sure!

      This part is amazing. Easy to install and makes a huge difference in how the weapon looks and feels. Just order it. You won't regret it.

      Thank you !!!! For making my CMR-30 look a thousand times better without making it an SBR !! This kit is worth its weight in gold & DHD really did a FANTASTIC job on this kits design !!! Pictures truly do NOT do the kit justice ....... buy it along with the foldable charging handle & you will thank yourself !!

      First of all, it looks fantastic, very functional, lets me move my sights out further, along with my optic. Showed it to several at Texas Tactical Guns & Range, they all want to add it to their CMR. I would highly recommend adding it to your KelTec CMR if you have one.

      1) Shipoed very fast. 2) part fit like a glove 3) really opens up your accessory mounting options 4) allows you move the front sight forward 5) fore end much more comfortable 6) AND OH YEAH... LOOKS COOL AS HELL
