The Haga Defense AR-7 Adapter modernizes your Henry U.S. Survival AR-7 by enabling the use of standard AR-15 pistol grips and mil-spec buffer tube stocks, dramatically improving ergonomics and customization options for this classic takedown survival rifle. Constructed with a rugged MJF nylon body and anodized aluminum buffer tube interface, it includes an integrated QD sling mount for ambidextrous convenience—all in a lightweight, durable package that installs without drilling or permanent modifications.

Compatibility and Installation Notes

- Factory iron sights cannot be used with the adapter installed—pair with an optics rail (available separately) for red dot or scope mounting
- With the adapter and aftermarket stock installed, the rifle can no longer be quickly disassembled and stored inside the factory floating buttstock
- Installation reuses factory threaded holes with included socket head screw—no drilling or permanent modifications required

Installation Instructions
- Safety First: Before beginning installation, make sure the firearm is completely unloaded, the chamber is empty, and the safety is engaged. Remove the magazine, visually and physically inspect the chamber to confirm it is empty, and point the firearm in a safe direction at all times.

Amazing fit and finish. It is practically a perfect match to the Henry's color and texture. Super lightweight and strong. Lots of room in that hollow tube for storage.

Parts fit Perfect
I ordered some part from this website and was a bit skeptical at first with there not being many ar7 parts out there. But when I received them, they fit perfect and are light weight but still very durable.

AR-7 Adapter
This adapter is a game changer. The stock that comes with the rifle from the Henry factory is cheap plastic - chunky and awkward to grip - making this a must-have if you own an AR-7. This adapter compliments (dare I say, perfects?) the AR-7 rifle. With Magpul furniture installed, the rifle feels more evenly balanced. This adapter is lightweight, too. Easy to install and durable. 5/5 stars.

Great product
This is exactly what I have been looking for. I know the AR-7 was intended to be used as a survival rifle with the original storage stock but this design is genius. The adapter looks and feels good with my Magpul furniture.

Excellent Product
Just received the AR7 Stock Adapter and it's nothing short of genius. My son (8 years old) could not shoulder his AR7 so I was trying to come up with a solution. I hit the internet and came across this. I took a chance on it (it's not cheap) and I'm very happy with it. Now I can teach my son better fundamentals with his Henry. The fit and finish are great. Although assembly is pretty simple, it does not come with instructions. There are 2 screws. One to attach the adapter to your Henry and another to attach your AR pistol grip to the adapter. Haga Defense provides an allen tool for attaching the adapter but oddly do not provide a tool for the pistol grip screw. No big deal, but just thought I'd mention it. I tried a few Mil-Spec stocks on it and they all fit well. All in all, this is a great product and worth adding to your collection. Buy with confidence.
